Inc. Magazine Reveals Its 26th Annual List of America’s 500 Fastest – Growing Private Companies. Oak Ridge Products is ranked on Inc. 500 List

New York, August 23, 2007 – Inc. Magazine announced its 26th annual Inc. 500 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the country today. Oak Ridge Products, a worldwide supplier of disposable medical products, ranks No. 384 on the list, with almost $9 million in sales and a three-year growth of 744% percent.

Oak Ridge Products, headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Algonquin IL, was ranked one of the fastest growing, privately held, manufacturing businesses in America. Oak Ridge, a multinational operation with offices and customers spread around the globe, specializes in the manufacturing of disposable medical products and specialty food service containers. Medical Products range from Medical cups to Laboratory test tubes used in hospitals and laboratories. In the Food Service markets they serve up a wide variety of food containers used by food manufacturers and restaurants.

The 2007 Inc. 500, as revealed in the September issue of Inc., reported the most robust bunch of companies the magazine has ever compiled, with aggregate revenue of $19.7 billion, up from $16.5 billion last year and $12.9 billion in 2000. Most important, the 2007 Inc. 500 companies were engines of job growth, having created more than 90,000 jobs since those companies were founded.
